Big Bold Conversations | Senior Leaders Summit

As Business Leaders, we often find ourselves in the spotlight. People look up to us and expect us to act in a way that is inclusive. But how do we do that if we are paralysed with fear? Fear of saying the wrong thing or acting in a way that is not woke or PC.

Most of us as some point in our lives have been, or have felt, excluded.

From that feeling of exclusion comes our ability to empathise, to draw upon those lived experiences to ensure that others do not feel excluded because of our actions or words.

The world never stands still, terminology that is accepted one day might be unacceptable the next, one wrong move or comment and cancel culture kicks in – your personal brand is in the gutter and share values tumble.

We are all human.

Our mission is to bring us all together at our highest common denominator; 'being human', so we can have Big Bold Conversations that change the world of work.

This summit will create a safe space where we remove our ego’s and our unconscious, subconscious and obvious biases and talk. With candour, empathy, humility, and strength about what divides us and what unites us.

A thoughtfully selected pannel of speakers and contributors with lived experience of exclusion will share their experiences, to educate, inform and inspire. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and explore topics that challenge our undersanding and misconceptions of important topics relating to diversity and inclusion.
